I wish they had made his character more prominent and more complicated like in the books, because i wanted to see him do more of his version of gomez. The movie was a beautiful interpretation of the book- but no, they couldn't fit in EVERY detail and scenario in the book without it being 5 hours long. They did great with the time they had.
