In my case the bank granted a loan contrary to section 70 of the Consumer Credit Code - in effect they broke the law, yet were still given possession of our farm. In court the Judge hearing on our stay of execution advised us to sue the nab for damages.

I believe the nab is just better at organised crime than the mob - bank elsewhere, I survived being a nab customer

the account is not the biggest concern. their attitude sucks. their customer service [sic] is the worse experience that i have ever had to endure. every staff member has to know every detail about everything before they put you through. they won't give direct contact numbers for their brances & they go back on their word.

on the plus side, some of their girls are cute but the blokes are a wunch of bankers.

i got a letter today, the nab are closing my account down. my rfid chip is getting turned off because i refuse to be a victim of their crimes.
