  • too goodd:):) ...just few questions...if i use cumin coriander garam masala and amchur instead of the chana masala..will it taste the same..??? and also if i dont use a pressure cooker how long will it take to boil.?

    Thank you.:)

    RIa ♥♥♥:)

  • hey Ria,

Taste would be great even if you use the combination of home spices. If you cook in pot I believe it will take about 1 hour, You will need to cook it covered and also may be need to keep adding water as it gets boiled. Try adding pinch of baking soda, it helps to cook chana faster. Thanks ♥♥♥:)

  • i wish i lived closer to you ....i would come over for dinner(kidding)!Your dishes look always so so tasty and your videos are always a pleasure to watch

  • Wow, you make it look so easy, the Bhature looks really good. I have a different pressure cooker, how much time is 8 whistles?

  • @tdjtx

Thanks a lot. * whistles take approximately 25 mts. Basically you need to cook chickpeas until they become soft. Thanks for asking :D

    did u changed ur home??

  • @sharmawwe1811

hey Sakshi good to see you back :) We relocated to Tampa, fl so does kitchen :) Hope your exam results are out, you had a blast during India trip and you are doing good. Thanks for continued support :)

  • Madhura an you please tell me which blender do u use for u're masalas to get them into a smooth paste. I have the magic bullet but its no good for indian cooking. The coconut does not grind into a smooth paste. Thanks

  • @romizits

I also tried Magic Bullet and had hard time for making pastes. I use very basic 8 speed Osteriser blender which is also not that good. You need to keep scrapping down masalas after every 5 to 6 pulse. But masala pastes and chutneys turn good. You may give it a try. Thanks :)

  • thank you sooooooooooooooooooo much. i love your channel
