This is from the unreleased Sweet Revenge LP that was originally slated to come out after Valley of the Dolls. The record ended up getting shelved and we got Kiss Me Deadly instead. This is really the standout track on the album, the other ones sounds a little underdeveloped. In fact, several the songs ended up getting reworked on Kiss Me Deadly.

Man I give up. I tried to interpret to the lyrics but Billy Idol has this trademark mumble that`s hard to distinguish, He even spoke about his mumbling on his don`t stop EP. I can`t figure out the first two lines in the second verse and I`m totally lost thereafter. I will see if my wife can interpret this she listens to lyrics better than me.

i used to think i will never know someone who listen to Gen X too. Thats such a greate band but nobody knows about them o_O

yeah, antology have few "new" songs, not from albums, like Anna Smiles, Psyho Beat e t c

@skatertumen Well just this past saturday(Aug. 21) I saw Billy Idol in concert at The Palms caino in Las Vegas(I live here). He opened the show with Gen X`s "Ready Steady Go". It was a great show. It was my first time seeing him and I`ve been a fan since I was12 and now I`m 39. I`m african-american so you can imagine how hard it was growing up having a love for Billy Idol and Gen X. My wife and I were two of about 5 black people at the concert.
