I just love 7:36 when Orton is jumping up and down! When wrestlers break kayfabe like that, just gives me goosebumps! What a great celebration of the industry and the career of Ric Flair. It's times like this that remind me why I absolutely LOVE this business!!
my truly faveorite moment as being a wrestling fan the ric flair farewell was awesome its not everyday u c the undertaker but to show the undertaker with real feelings was awesome
just goes to show how much one man can impact so many other peoples lives. every one in that arena, from the fans to the wrestlers, loved and respected the nature boy. loved this whole part, especially when ric flair dropped his elbow on his jacket and every one acted like a kid again. never stop WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOing........
@ijnfleetadmiral - when the Undertaker retires I can imagine wrestling will never be the same. He was everyones idol as a kid, Everyone will watch him go, His sendoff will be the absolute biggest.
@gazbason dumbest comment ive ever seen on youtube lol Four Horsemen > every other stable. best wrestling stable youll ever see but the comment you made. i doubt you know a thing about wrestling child
undertaker shawn michaels john cena batista edge randy orton triple h kane nadamas fiejnse que leyendas se le rindieron a los pies a rit flair por que de todos es la mejor leyenda de todas rit flair forever
this is why i get so pissed off when some one like taker shows you so much respect and then you go and sully yourself in tna, flair is legend in the business but he made a serious mistake in joining tna. i don't buy this crap about him being in debts as to the reason why he jumped ship, i'm pretty sure that in the last two years he would've made enough money to pay off those debts.
@Enderfiction yeah but i'm pretty sure that if he stayed he would've made enough money to pay off any debts. why do you thin a lot of former stars sign legends contracts with wwe because they know that they will be able to make money from live appearances, merchandise sales, being put in the annual wwe game and from sale of their dvd specials.
Really curious as to how WWE will do Taker's retirement, he better not just disappear because thats his persona. His should be the biggest in WWE history.
@atzo5 he is the biggest in WWE history. When Orton, Kane and other wrestlers were interviewed they were asked which wrestler they respect the most. All of them said the Undertaker and I 100% agree with them. As for his retirementm he is quite old now so I think he's gonna get 20-0 at WM then retire on that and always be remembered.
john cena sucks ill walk out and even boo him if he retire..but the undertaker is a diffrent story ill stay the whole time until he leaves the buidling and will chant his name all the way till my car
Of all the Undertaker entrances this may be the greatest. The way the crowd of superstars split for him and he walks through. Almost symbolic of the respect and what he means to WWE and has for years. Cool stuff with him and Flair
That was really cool. The only thing that bothered me was that flair left like if he was really going to retire. Then he stabbed Mr. McMahon in the back. No matter what people say about Vince, He helped out Ric when he was flat broke. Brought him back. If he wouldn't of done that TNA probably wouldn't had even consider bringing him to their show. But Hey at the end of the day it's all business.
@OMGHeadoff if it sucks, why do you watch it? if it sucks why do you still follow it? is it as entertaining as it was in the past, in some ways more entertaining in all honesty. It's moments like these that make wrestling special, unlike anything else in the world. There are less of these moments, these special moments nowadays. You think it's bad? The "worst" is over, 2012 will be a boom for WWE the likes we have never even seen before, and dare i say, potentially bigger than the Attitude Era.
@willysaywat2435 -Anybody who believes this is NOT a wrestling fan! Ric Flair & Hulk Hogan HAD to go to TNA not b/c they couldn't just give it up you see their is 1 guy I can think of right now who said I'm done & did NOT go to TNA that is HBK! Flair & Hogan don't know how to mange their money so they are so far in debt they hafta stay in the biz to pay the bills! Flair actually tries to live like the"The Nature Boy" but it has hurt him more than its helped! Taker says I'm done-He's done!
@kardzfn21 i freakin knew they had to go to other companies cuz they almost bankrupt,it waz for the ppl who lost respect for flair, but i think flair should stop wrestling for his health
so bob holly is right at the front and jim duggan is at the very back?!? jim knew ric all through the 90's and on , yet hes at the very back n bob holly is right at the front WTF lolll
I love the The Rock and Stone Cold growing up as a child watching them perform. I never saw Ric Flair in his prime but, I don't think either The Rock or Stone Cold will have a better farewell celebration than Ric Flair.
@WiiWii1717 we use to watch the nwa back in early to mid 80's when Flair made the show. It would come on like at 11:3o pm. It was so good ,look it up when u get a chance.
this can't be something scripted... it's too awesome :D just really don't want him to leave... I want him like Booker T and Jerry Lawler to be like a guest announcer
@jonrob1887 i agree, but i still dunno if anyone will get a send off like ric did i mean ric is just ric even though when guys like triple H undertaker hbk the old vets retire its gonna be sad
@jonrob1887 That is a given. I haven't watched wrestling in years but I will still get emotional when he finally throws in the towel. Simply because he was my childhood hero! Lol
One legend to another. There are not many people that you will see The Undertaker pay homage to but he knows who deserves respect and Rick is such a person.I just hope that The Nature Boy doesn't damage his reputation by performing in ring for too long!He is the oldest wrestler still fighting and we know he's a legend but don't over do it Ricky!

The Undertaker Is the Greatest star in WWE history. im a bigger austin fan then i am a taker fan but he has stayed extremly loyal to the company that made him. His resume is unmatchable
@0wwefan Because HBk doesn't want that. But belive me in the locker room everybody pays tribute to HBK.I cried that day he retired.I growp up wach HBK.Now i'm 25 and still cry like little child when i watch HBK retires.Same goes for Flair with exeception that he betray HBk,WWE a and mostly us fans but he deserves that farewall for what he gave this business and mostly fans.
vince you may never read this but if for some reason you do cant you do anything to get ric rehired back to wwe? commentator? trainer? general manager? god please let him be general manager this anonomous crap with raw has gotten really old really fast. those of us that grew up with him feel pain everytime we hear about some new ridiculous shit that company makes him do he should be enjoying his retirement with as little physical activity as possible hes fucking earned it.
@DantesProphet He's the retard that made the choice to not stay retired. I will never forgive Flair for being a douchebag and making this sendoff not mean anything
@TheRVD420 yes completely retarded how dare he run into money problems and not be contacted by wwe who had promised to get him taken care of as far as a job goes how dare ric go where he can make money and put food on the table truly a villain such as he deserves to be punished and humiliated!
@DantesProphet Not be contacted by WWE? I'm sure he's got Vince's personal cell #. If he really needed a job, Vince would have given him one. The problem is that Flair wanted to wrestle again and Vince wouldn't allow it. Why would he? He just gave him the biggest send off in the history of the business. Flair is the one who doesn't know that enough is enough. Now he's blading every other week on Impact. It's really sad. You're a giant mark....that's also sad.
@TheRVD420 so im a mark because i dont see the point in ranting and raving about someone and calling him a doucebag just because he did something i didnt like, and i tried offering a reasonable explanation for his choice when someone did insult him. yes thats sound reasoning right there i dont know how im ever going to live with myself from now on.
@DantesProphet No....you're a mark because you still feel the same way about him after he slapped you in the face when he came back to wrestle after being treated like a king in his retirement angle. You're a mark because you don't see how sad it is what he's doing to himself. You're a mark because you still buy in to this broken down shell of a man who used to be great and is now another wrestling tragedy.
@TheRVD420 i dont see how sad it is what hes doing to himself huh? so what did that bit in my original post about how most of us feel pain watching him do what he does in tna go right over your head or something? i dont buy into him i get sick to my stomach everytime i see him take out that stupid razor or punching himself til blood comes out actually i take that back i get sick watching tna period although in all seriousness i have a question for you did you believe him when he said hed retire?
@DantesProphet One thing we can agree on is that we both get sick when watching TNA. As for me believing he would actually retire, I have to confess that this is the only retirement angle I have ever bought into. He got the greatest send off in wrestling history and cried his eyes out 2 nights in a row. I'm sure Flair had every intention of actually retiring but, like I said earlier, he turned into another wrestling tragedy. You can't honestly tell me you didn't think he was actually done.
@TheRVD420 i was half and half as far as the belief thing went i wanted to think that with all the goodbyes and how big a deal they made with it that hed stick with it but i was kinda disbeliving what with all the other retirement angles that got reneged on over the years the only real shocker for me as far as flair went was his move to tna i never in a 1000 years would have called that one.
I love when Vince steps "out of character" and is just himself. Shows he genuinely has a heart and is not simply evil "Mr. McMahon". I can't wait to see Vince get inducted in the HOF!
what an amazing ceremony and departure, recognition and farewell but yet he fucks it all up by coming back and unretiring putting all this close to no meaning and a waste of time
When the Undeartaker and Mr McMahon do that to you, and the whole of WWE come out to applaud you, beam smiles at you, cry for you and bow down to you- you know you had to have done something good!
Flair Ruined this Sendoff By when he went to TNA.

0wwefan 11 months ago

DantesProphet 11 months ago
@DantesProphet He's the retard that made the choice to not stay retired. I will never forgive Flair for being a douchebag and making this sendoff not mean anything
TheRVD420 11 months ago
@TheRVD420 yes completely retarded how dare he run into money problems and not be contacted by wwe who had promised to get him taken care of as far as a job goes how dare ric go where he can make money and put food on the table truly a villain such as he deserves to be punished and humiliated!
DantesProphet 11 months ago
@DantesProphet Not be contacted by WWE? I'm sure he's got Vince's personal cell #. If he really needed a job, Vince would have given him one. The problem is that Flair wanted to wrestle again and Vince wouldn't allow it. Why would he? He just gave him the biggest send off in the history of the business. Flair is the one who doesn't know that enough is enough. Now he's blading every other week on Impact. It's really sad. You're a giant mark....that's also sad.
TheRVD420 11 months ago
@TheRVD420 so im a mark because i dont see the point in ranting and raving about someone and calling him a doucebag just because he did something i didnt like, and i tried offering a reasonable explanation for his choice when someone did insult him. yes thats sound reasoning right there i dont know how im ever going to live with myself from now on.
DantesProphet 11 months ago
@DantesProphet No....you're a mark because you still feel the same way about him after he slapped you in the face when he came back to wrestle after being treated like a king in his retirement angle. You're a mark because you don't see how sad it is what he's doing to himself. You're a mark because you still buy in to this broken down shell of a man who used to be great and is now another wrestling tragedy.
TheRVD420 11 months ago
@TheRVD420 i dont see how sad it is what hes doing to himself huh? so what did that bit in my original post about how most of us feel pain watching him do what he does in tna go right over your head or something? i dont buy into him i get sick to my stomach everytime i see him take out that stupid razor or punching himself til blood comes out actually i take that back i get sick watching tna period although in all seriousness i have a question for you did you believe him when he said hed retire?
DantesProphet 11 months ago
@DantesProphet One thing we can agree on is that we both get sick when watching TNA. As for me believing he would actually retire, I have to confess that this is the only retirement angle I have ever bought into. He got the greatest send off in wrestling history and cried his eyes out 2 nights in a row. I'm sure Flair had every intention of actually retiring but, like I said earlier, he turned into another wrestling tragedy. You can't honestly tell me you didn't think he was actually done.
TheRVD420 11 months ago
@TheRVD420 i was half and half as far as the belief thing went i wanted to think that with all the goodbyes and how big a deal they made with it that hed stick with it but i was kinda disbeliving what with all the other retirement angles that got reneged on over the years the only real shocker for me as far as flair went was his move to tna i never in a 1000 years would have called that one.
DantesProphet 11 months ago
@DantesProphet He kind of had to do it. He wanted to wrestle and Vince wouldn't let him do it after he gave him that sendoff.
TheRVD420 11 months ago
@DantesProphet at least in a wrestling capacity
TheRVD420 11 months ago
til this day i still cry watching him take his farewell leave... it's like an era has remove from us wwe fan.

I love when Vince steps "out of character" and is just himself. Shows he genuinely has a heart and is not simply evil "Mr. McMahon". I can't wait to see Vince get inducted in the HOF!

what an amazing ceremony and departure, recognition and farewell but yet he fucks it all up by coming back and unretiring putting all this close to no meaning and a waste of time
F0Xhound009 1 year ago
Did Ric Flair even say he was retiring? They probably just had people come out to the ring before he could say "I WILL NEVAR RETIRE!!!".

Now that is what you call respect, when The Undertaker came out, everyone moved for him, and he got down and honoured Ric Flair, TRUE RESPECT
korohemi 1 year ago
When the Undeartaker and Mr McMahon do that to you, and the whole of WWE come out to applaud you, beam smiles at you, cry for you and bow down to you- you know you had to have done something good!
