  • I hope somebody would buy that mansion cause it looks like its ready to go on sale except the shoes👟👟 on the gym equipment! :L

  • That entryway you came in makes no sense... it's like a foot and a half drop from the door...

  • Plug this into Google maps:

4502 Balsam Road, Pickering, Durham Regional Municipality, Ontario, Canada

  • They filmed the Sound of Music in there.

  • @SSHPCS2 no it's not identity theft you get the power cut on in your name. many times the property's already have the door wide open. squatters have certain rights too. some states you have to go through the government and there are laws like in texas that make sure property's remain viable. glad you are playing devils advocate. I"m not just making these statements for me but to help educate others who are looking for answers.

  • @circusboy90210 You know what buddy don't event start that shit. I'm catholic and don't start calling me the devil. I know for a fact you can't enter the house if the person is paying for it at all. Case closed. You have to go through the government if you want to legally live there.

  • @SSHPCS2 only to file a quit title . other than that you can squat legally and make improvements with out any government intervention. I'm catholic too , so what??? been seeing cases of advers possession where nobody really owned the house not even a bank or a person it was in limbo . however you can do this even if the bank owns it outright and they have to compensate you for your labor and materials at whatever rate you chose. it happens all the time.

  • @circusboy90210 Yes they have to compensate you, If you contact them and they agree before you do the work. You can't just barge in to do work on the house, otherwise I'd be making everything out of gold.

  • @SSHPCS2 c squat , squatted an entire building for 5 years before theowners knew they were there , performed massive rennovations and contacted nobody. the ownerssaid pay rent or get out. they refused , a judge determined they had sweat equity enough to own the building as a group of people . merely owning property is not enough to retain ownership . if you neglect property you will lose it, this is for the betterment of society.

  • @circusboy90210 Go read it. They had promission in the first place.

  • @SSHPCS2 no offense but your wrong squatting involves not having permission , or it's not squatting.

  • @circusboy90210 What i'm saying is you can't go into a house, fix it up and expect someone to pay you. My uncle is a carpenter and he has never heard of such a thing. First of all 99% the time you'd need a permit (which would require you to be the real owner) and if someone owned the property in the first place you'd be trespassing.

  • @SSHPCS2 beign a carpenter does not make one an expert on title issues. anybody can get a building permit (not necessary if your the homeowner in many places) and anybody can get power cut on. I've known a lot of squatters all over who have done such . it's really not that hard. it keeps houses from falling apart. totally legal research texas law and nevada where it's really easy.

  • @circusboy90210 Neither does being a cirusboy. Even if you did get a building permit you have to have an inspector see the work after a certian period after it is done. If asking the inspector to climb in a window doesn't make him call the police all the code violations will. Once again: If the building is owned or payed for by ANYONE you can't enter it without their promission. Don't be retarded. You can't go to someone's property and start building without informing them.

  • @SSHPCS2 working in the circus I have to become . I'm aware of everything as that's what you need to do to operate a circus which I"ll own one day. yes I've actually had to deal with building inspectors while working on my dad's house and many friends homes. you would have a door lock by then . if the person is an absentee owner and the place is falling apart yes you can move in . legally all need do at most is a newspaper ad for 30 days.

  • @circusboy90210 Ok ring master now you make alittle sense. Not only would you post a newspaper ad you would need to most likely check with the city to get a all clear. Even if the place is falling apart if someone is paying the bills you can't do a thing to it. The newspaper ad isn't enough to check. This isn't a "lost and found" claim center, it's a house. No matter the condition if no one owns it (bank or otherwise) you could move in with the proper procedures. Otherwise no.

  • @SSHPCS2 believe what you want, abandoned houses don't have bills being payed on them if someone is there long enough and puts sweat equity then yes you can do so. I met kids in jacksonville florida who did just that.

  • @circusboy90210 Stop twisting my words. Yes if no one pays the bills, and you a certain of that, go head. If do forget it you can't. End of story.

  • I'm amazed.... breaking and entering private property and you're filming yourself doing it.... NICE.

  • Looks like a big house, but also looks so cheap and tacky: the interior design, the materials. I mean that cheap apartment style carpet, '70s style linoleum floor, crap counter top, cheap wood and chintzy fittings. Should be dismantled and parts sold as used and scrap materials.

  • Holy crap.. nice place.

  • Nice mouth idiot.

  • lol crap on the floor

  • I think a dumb n----- lived there

  • how long it has been since this mansion was abandoned ?..a week ?

  • I dont think its abandoned, right at the beginning the window has been smashed and someone's boarded it up again

  • Holy cow! Looks like someone ran outta money to finish this place haha.

  • who has laminated stairs and carpeted bathroom?

  • i would love to own that house, is it still there?

  • @hueninkuer...Dude are you like in jail or something because lots of people wanna see more videos.

  • Another foreclosed McMansion...

  • Creepy??????? WTF!

  • @WickitRocker....I agree with you. It's a relatively new house so I think maybe the dude that filmed this was high on some substance something that makes you paranoid.

  • That dumbass filming DEFINETLY broke that window....and for what..just to film 49 seconds worth of youtube time...what a dick wad....

  • that mansion is amazing, why abandon such a place ? You could so decore this up like the Spencer masion from resident evil :D

  • This mansion suits to be a place for filming a horror movie, especially with the isolated place that it seems to be in.

  • Horrible architecture! Looks like a do it yourself mansion from Home Depot, would have been pretty funny to see someone step around the corner and blow you away, I've come half a millisecond away from shooting 2 assholes that broke into my home because "we thought it was abandoned" sniveling little shits

  • I think they got robbed

  • you know if you stay there and dont tell anyone for 5 years it is legally yours im not bullshiting you either dead serious

  • @lilbubba315 no? That is not true. You can't just go to someones house a squat it now a days. Just because someone leaves for a long period of time doesn't mean their house gets disowned. If they returned they could force you off the property. You could live their, but not legally. Regardless you would be breaking other laws, like not paying property tax if you some how claimed it.

  • @SSHPCS2 if you fix the place up they have to pay you for your labor before they can kick you off the property. adverse possesion is tricky but it can be done. research c squat in nyc. yes if someone abandons property you can claim it , it's even easier if there any kinds of leans on the property taxx or otherwise.

  • @circusboy90210 That's false. So if I show up at your house tommorow and install a gold plated door you have to pay me before I leave? Unless we signed a contract you wouldn't have to pay me anything. There's a difference between abonded, paying for the land and taxes and flat abonded. The former cannot be taken away.

  • @SSHPCS2 no only on abandoned propertys , research c squat in manhattan. yes it really does work like that. this is part of the reason why people did not want to leave during katrina.

  • @circusboy90210 Incorrect. Some people have summer houses. Houses they are only at 3 months of they year to get away from the cold. Maybe that was what this house was. Under your logic I could go and bust down the damn place? I think not.

  • @SSHPCS2 those vacation homes are not abandoned. advers possesion does not inclued breaking and entering. you just don't want to believe it's possible when it is. most society's has rules in place to keep the community viable and provide for those who can't get housing. it's a fair and even tradeoff. housing is something that is easy to have a glut in especially with how mobile today's society is..

  • @circusboy90210 Abandoned is a difficult word to define. However the if the owner of said house is making any payments for heat, water, property it IS still there's. I know people who have left there house for 3 years because the husband got a job in ireland for 3 years. The knew they were coming back. Their house wasn't considered Abandoned as they were coming back. If they however, got up and left and never returned, it most likely would become owned by a bank. Unless it's 100% no one's u

  • @SSHPCS2 cannot entered legally.

  • @circusboy90210 As a side example is if I went to chernobyl (which would be a stupid idea as it is) and lived in a house (that was empty for the longest time). That would be fine. As for the US i'm speaking for US laws. If the person pays the bills, the building is theres. If they pay the bills you'll either got caught by the police, or shot, with a bullet from the owner if they return.

  • @SSHPCS2 sorry just does not work like that. I"m talking about real us laws and real us situations. abandoned houses are not having bills payed on them. however when you adversly possess you usually get the power cut on in your name, then your paying the bills. this makes it your house when you fix it up they have to give you money for your equity before they can evict you. research c squat and you will see I'm right.

  • @circusboy90210 If the owner comes back to the house that means it was never abonded in the first place and you were illegally living on the property. If you do decide to squat the house you can't just break the fucking door down. I'm certain you would have to go through the government. If you walk in and start paying the bills in someone's name that's identity theft, also a crime.

  • @SSHPCS2 and appears to be in your c squat shit. That was a case to case basis. It wasn't event considered squating. If I see a nice empty house I like I don't go to the my city's website and print of a squating form. The reason the city let them do what they did was because it was 100% abonded. The city most likely contacted the owners of the building and they probably replied "we want nothing with the building do what you want" and they gave it out to improve the buildings.

  • it is probally a house for sale and it was an open house XD

  • Looks new and kept up, lol

  • why exactly would someone abandon this

  • I bet the fucker filming this was a thief that broke in... lol, he sounds shaky enough...

  • @DJonX7 i was thinking that when he was like "there's the glass that... someone... broke"

  • food in the fridge? hmm....

  • WHERE EXACTLY IS IT LOCATED?

  • Any crust punks, new age travelers, hippies or REAL hipsters wanna try and fix this place up with me and move in?

  • @Gmancrap sure

  • Any clue where it is? Or we could just bust into mike tysons house and live there in Ohio.

  • @Gmancrap alot of abandoned mansions in meath, clare, cork....

i agree, alot in the US, too....Scandinavia, Center Europe, Russia, ASIA of course......should get more on them.

  • It's not abandoned. A psycho killer has broke the door, ran in, grabbed the owner while he/ she was working out on the rower (leaving their shoe's still in the foot holster) and has slaughtered them, robbed them and you're the next victim

  • Comment removed

  • This place looks asomwe.. It'd be awsome to find out how to buyt it , do a little remodeling and then move in !!!

  • The rowing machine isnt that old, so the owners doesnt leave it long time ago.

  • yeah let me tell u this is not abandoned there is food

  • If the police had caught you that day, you would have been blamed for that broken door/glass

  • I agree, it does look quite creepy. But giving it a fix and adding furniture in will solve that problem. Its sad that that big place is left to rot on its own.

  • BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT BRO NO WAY

  • this is a stars house :D

  • Wonder what led the owners to leave the house.

  • nice place

  • i think i sal a episode of cops there

  • Okay so you just left over 10k's worth of stuff? id of been there with a pickup/van and loaded it up with all that stuff including the fancy toilet and sinks!

  • oh wow.how long was it abandoned for? wow the shoes in the workout thing now thats pretty creepy lol!

  • Anyone think.... Resident evil?

  • @1ndev im

  • So there's no future and wealth??

  • Wow!!! Whoooo would abandon a MANSION?! What happened to the bank that owned it?

  • niiiiiice! would love to live there if it was fixed up, and i had the money! :)

  • thats a very nice giant house, looks like a great place to enjoy several bowel movements perhaps on the counter top and in the hot tub, and to drag ass on carpet like a dog, this house, as you can all see comes with alot of nice flat pooping surfaces, i want to get naked and run through the hallways screaming "mom, is my kraft dinner cooked yet, where's the cat?" and maybe i could get pretty zesty on the hard wood flooring and do some knarly break dance move and skin my poopy ass out

  • Hobo's Paradise.

    Food in pantry, Mattress,Bathroom...

It's probably not even abandoned, just Foreclosed. it is in very good condition.

  • What is is going on over there ! That house is amassing, and all that valuable stuff just left there !!! I'd find the owners and pay them 100 pounds a week just to live there instead if it being abandoned. It's crazy how places like that can just be left empty. And people here in England build new houses all the time that are expensive and small. IS that house for sale? is it really expensive, is that why it's empty ? I've love to go there and own it, even if it is in the middle of nowhere.

  • What the fuck is this guy doing in my house?

  • hole in the wall... crap on the floor... ROFL

  • That's a great squatting house.

  • i might just become a hobo now.... then i can go live in the abandoned mansion! :D

like really wtf? so the guy still owns it? and if he does he doesn't go check up on it ever??? ahhh please answer :-)

  • heres this giant fuckin room hahaha but it is farkin hugeeee

  • I came home and found my home broken into and some creepy guy with a cam video recording, so I hid in the closet until he left.

  • STEAL IT!!!!

  • Damn! I would find out who owns that property. make an offer and fix that place up. It's still has plenty off life left in it!

  • i wouldnt wanna move in there

  • this is creepy.. it looks like my house in the sims.. :D :D haha.. :D

  • house party biatch!! run everything off of some generators and once your done scrap that biatch. countertops and fridge. maybe the shandalier

  • Do you know if this house is up for sell or anything??

  • i would buy this "Creepy" house as your saying

this place looks beautiful but i would fix anything broken (Especially that broken door) and we good to go!

  • i'd move in

  • This mansion is rather interesting.. it looks pretty new, but doesn't mean it's not abandoned. It's quite creepy to me, but what creeps me out is not the house itself rather the wierd way everything is positioned. Nice though, can't wait to watch the rest! :]

  • I love the floorplan to this house... I'd love to know where I can find the floorplan to it...

  • Should have checked the dates on the food boxes, get a rough idea of when it was abandoned.

  • hey hueninkuer what's the exact addresss for this house?

  • LOL there is NOTHING creepy about this mansion. It looks like it was built in the 90s

  • When he turns the camera at 0:07, It looks like there is a gun on the floor. I myself dont think it is a gun, but you never know XD

  • if it's really abandoned, can;t you purchase it from the state real cheap?

  • Very nice house. I like it.

  • thats gotta be a bed a breakfast motel thing its to big

  • Giant...fucking room...

  • Wow, someone with lots of money and really horrible taste built that house....

  • Comment removed

  • Looks like the people who lived there left in a hurry, or were kidnapped / abducted / removed, or just plain dissapeared with their stuff. I have heard other tales of such things happening all over the world, the people just up and vanish. Thanks for the video, it is indeed eerie.

  • it might be a vacation house and it got robbed the cabinets are all open cause the people when they left probly dident want rochs so they took everything thats what all the vacationers do down here in fl

  • its sooo pretty! it dosnt look like its abandoned at all! i would live there :D

  • should of smashed the windows if its abandoned

  • This place is way to clean and nice to just up and leave it . I would love to just own most the abandoned houses and remodel them all

  • Durham region? Thats not far from where I live (Peel region). Does anyone know the whereabouts of this place?

  • beautiful house!

  • Seems as if they were forced to move out, or were just in a rush. Either way, that looks like a house were one of my asian friends would live in haha.

  • Thats Scary Because We Went To Durham Last Year & We Might Of Seen That House But It Looked Like People Were In It & There Were Cars Outside

  • @huenikuer you should make a clubhouse outta it

  • this home still looks ready to move in.

  • It appears that the property was probably foreclosed on, and someone (probably the debtor) had some sort of "estate sale" to try and liquidate as much as they could, from the looks of all the folding tables randomly place throughout the house. I'm guessing they probably had small stuff displayed on them, for sale.

  • id steal that fridge WHO WOULD LEAVE SUCH A HOUSE

  • you should find out who the owner is & see why the rich bastard abandoned it. then see if you can't talk them into renting you the property for cheap!!! hell, they can afford to abandon the place. or you should just move like wft... :)

  • You mean here is the broken door where i broke in.

  • i would skateboard in there haha

  • Wow! This place isn't creepy, it's freaking cool!! Are you sure it just isn't a foreclosure?

I want it sooo bad lol

    Where is this?

  • Oh my god, WHY is this place abandoned?!

  • What a crazy waste of a great home

  • I want this house.

  • whose mansion is this? isn't this mansion under the surveilance? Doesn't it have an ADT or something?

  • Where is this stunning house? Omg it is really amazing

  • beautiful! i would love to rehab this beauty!

  • Interesting video, but do you always have to say "F'ing." Kind of low class.

  • id fix up the place and live there illigaly

  • That house was just for sale!

  • HEY I NOW THAT HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the floor in workout room was polished recently so it was not abandoned

  • @linkinparkman1234 you mean he broke in

  • yeah if you find an abandoned mansion and its nice enough to live in go ahead you feel like a rich guy XD seriously you should

  • fix it up and move in

  • @tcottarel yeah, its a recent house

  • I live in durham, But i really dont care to see it.

    Looks =nice tho

  • really thats cool u should just fix it up and call it your house

  • @murleman He/She'd still have to buy the house...you can't live without heat, water, and electricity.

And yes....if you weren't aware, houses don't come with those things, you have to have proof of residency and pay for them every month.

  • if its abandoned then whys there food on the frigde?! and who the fuck would leave work out machines.

  • Actually, it's not as uncommon as some may think. People buy/build houses they can't afford, and they either don't have the money to pay for the house or finish it so it sits empty or unfinished. Until the bank repossesses it. As for the stuff left behind, people just usually leave shit they don't want as a final fuck you to the bank or realtor.

  • why is it abandoned looks pretty modern to mee

  • I'd like this to be my home.

  • can this guy say anything else that fuckin'?

  • are you sure it's abandoned? It was probably just forclosed on or something. But it's freakin beautiful.

  • no one moved in there yet... lol

  • "Giant FUCKIN' Room" lol

  • Place looks great. Looks like it was abandoned yesterday

  • I cant bleive they left all thoes things behind and NO ONE has taken them!! Ashame to let a house like that go to waist.

  • This house used to be owned by Ben Johnson, he was an Olympic runner in the late 80's early 90's. at one point he was the worlds fastest man, he spent all of his money building this home but realized he couldn't afford the taxes and utullities (hydro and electric) the house was forclosed a couple years ago and is now for sale by HomeLife Realty for only 800 thousand dollars

  • Is that the same guy that got for steroids at the olympics ?, Wonder what it would cost to run that.

To have a house like that in Northern Ireland you would have to win an American lottery

  • @sh18currents do you know what the address is?

  • @SSHPCS2 Concession rd 8 pickering ON. Just to the left of Balsam Rd. I drove by there a few years ago and its indeed, abandoned.

  • I just drove by this place. No its not fake and its for sale by Century21. Very nice house thats for sure. What a shame.

  • they could fix it up and sell it.

  • Holy crap... I would buy the land, fix it up, and live in it, I think they should fix it, and put it back on the market, LOOK AT THAT BEAUTIFUL STAIRCASE!!

  • resident evil mansion, it looks just like it.

  • It is more likely an HQ or something not a family home. Too much even for a weirdest McMansion.

  • The house could be great if it was furnished nicely and lived in now it's just crepy.

  • That's strange .. it dosn't even look like it has any DUST! wth? are you sure u didnt just break in..
