Nick is still being missed here in maryland. many of my friends played on his team in high school. and i played on the summer baseball team he played for. he was an amazing person, and never did forget about his roots and friends from back home with all the fame that came for him. you will be always missed my friend. My buddy heard the name and asked if I watched any of the news that day. He told me I needed to, part of me wished my blackberry hadn't connected to the net that day.

For those of us that knew Nick watching the highlights on ESPN after his amazing game wasn't all that surprising to us. Alot of us were either struck out by him (ALOT) or we had watched him strike people out for years. What is hard to believe is the news we would all hear in the morning. RIP #34 you are gone but you will NEVER be forgotten. Tomorrow (4/9) I encourage everybody to wear Red to show your support for the 3 people killed in this tragic accident.

His game was 1 year ago tonight. I'll never forget Nick. He will always be in my thoughts and on my heart as long as this Angels hat is on my head. I never met him, but was lucky enough to see him pitch this game. Nick Adenhart has changed my life, and it only took him 6 innings. Thank you Nick! I love you.

I don't wish death on anyone but it really doesn't seem fair that Nick and his 2 friends, who were by all accounts, good people, were killed so senselessly and the killer walked away without any serious injuries, if any injuries at all. Its just not right, or fair. RIP Nick!!! We miss you!!
