Nice vid. I'm not trying to be negative, but only offering some advice I read somewhere. It said that you should always keep your arms straight, even while going through the various progressions. Start with a tuck with straight arms, and progress from there. I've been working on a planche too, still a fair way off. When I try and do the split progression I keep my arms straight but I have my legs higher than horizontal to make it easier instead of bending my arms to make it easier. Good luck.
Hey nice work man!, I really liked your parallels! haha I think I'd try to make one for me! Is that normal pvc pipe? how many inches? Thanks for the tutorial though!
hahahah i love this training !!!! , btw im still young lol (16), im training alomst every day hehee, i do ( pusedo pushup some time wall push up its really help !! check it
@sweeet1939 I think its okay to practice bodyweight exercises every day. Listen to your body though as this particular exercise can be stressful to the shoulders.
nice work, dude want to ask u , i can roll through into gent arm tucked leg planche , i can hold it , is that way for planche, cus im working , is im on my way?
@sweeet1939 Once you can hold it with bent arms for 30 seconds then you're ready to try it with your legs out in a split. The most important thing is to KEEP PRACTICING!!!

@HopeistheMotive Taking a dump can be pretty intense, but I think the planche is a little tougher.
