Best advice you can get is trust the bike and be loose. just lean going off your lip and just progress from there. Find the right jump to do it on though not every jump is a whip jump.

um I was there and carmichael only got third or whatever beacause he is popular and the fans were judging. Josh grant was there too and racers whips like bubbas are good but knowhere near the freestylers. Its all a popularity contest in this, myles richmond SHOULD have won, his shit was going backwards then todd potter 2nd. But edgar torronteras does the best whips of all time too bad he wasn't there he would have beat everyone.

well, honestly, Ronnie should have won, then Richmond. Ronnie is the only rider to go completly upside down in his whip. This guy is actually known for his whip. He names his whip, how famous it is. Richmond should have definitely at least gotten a medal, though, cuz his whip was the closest rotation to a 360 besides Carothers, who crashed. If Edgar were here, he would have placed 2nd.
