as a matter of fact, the movie takes place in Scampia, not in Naples. By the way, I highly doubt that the camorra is inexistent in Naples. There should be some bosses, maybe they are so good at hiding and the police are corrupted in a way so that nobody gets away with no money in their pockets. About Naples, I really am sorry for the actual situation, with the garbage redundancy in the streets, which makes one of the most beautiful cities in Italy look like a shithole.
