the 70 doesn't have the original grill. they both have the 67-69 version. could be they had some they had to get rid of though.

its got a 70 grille there is knw 67-69 its 65-67 68-72 the grilles will fit but if its farther that 67 it wont fit

i own a 67, a 69, and a 72. i know my grills. 67,68, and 69 have the same grill. 70,71, and 72 have the same grill shell with different plastic inserts. a 69 grill will fit on a 67, and so will a 70-72. you can't put a 67-69 gill on a 70-72 without drilling 2 holes.

@killakobra Sorry, your misionformed here. '67-'69 were similar, but it is different each year. Sam for the '70-'72. the '70-'72 were the same, save the inserts, that is correct. but the '67-'69 are each different. They just look similar.

@capnsparx i was partially wrong. 67 is different but 68 and 69 have the same grille. now the the 68 and 69 do have different pain on the grille.

@killakobra Yup. Only real difference between '68/'69 is that '69 had a grove in it. otherwise, there the exact same grill.
