The Italian sportsmagazine "Guerin Sportivo" voted robben European player of the year under 21 in 2005 so he can' t be that bad.

In WC 2006 Italy's Andrea Pirlo won the most Man of the Match awards, with three in total, while Arjen Robben had 2 awards with less matches played and Totti zero. Cannavaro and buffon saved your ass that year.
