yeah sorry....i watched again and saw what i thought was a horrible brand of coffee found in australia, but it was different, so i appologise and withdraw my comment!
im working as a barista for 4 months now and i can only make simple art like tulip (some images with leaves that i cant explain what but looks like with flower on top)and other things i always watch videos and read articles online(since our company didn't gave us proper training) and i managed to create art on my latte.. i hope that someday day (after wasting a lot of coffee and milk) i will be able to create awesome latte art like this :). hope i could have some tips from you.Thanks in advance

Well, I thought it was beautiful and I appreciated it. As an "average" consumer, I don't know that anything has "started to break down". I DO know if that came to my table, I would thank the barista, enjoy my latte, and most likely return to that establishment.
whooohoooo i tried it all day!!!! and i finally made a leaf! so the most exciting day of my cafe life! havnt been able to do it again tho :( and it was a takeaway so i coverd it up anyways!!!! haha, more respect to ya!
