I am just an average citizen, but if there is phone number to a congressman we can call, a website or any way I can help, i'm in. May be a rally or support group that can help those politicians clear the web in their brain.These children belong with their father. Plain and simple.

@alcatras4 The artist is Habib Koite - it is a public domain song that came on the notebook as sample music. I saw him in concert in Boulder, CO a few years back.

Listen also to the music on our more recent videos, Evens had written a Kompas (Haitian) song about three days BEFORE the earthquake. Listen to the lyrics. Amazing how they are all about the Haitian disaster before it happened.

The policy HAS to change, it is an error. It is inhumane to keep children from their parents.

This is just a bunch of goverment bureaucracy, red tape, and plain ol' B.S. I wish you the best of luck sir, in your uphill battle against the empty suits. The goverment spend billions of dollars to invent ways to kill more people, but spends next to nothing in trying to save people. I have an idea though, tell them that they will have two more voters for....well take your pick...Satan(reps) or Belzebub(dems) that's what these media whores want and hopefully you will come out ahead.

Part I

1.) I had these kids with my late wife, in Haiti.

2.) She died in 2004.

3.) DNA testing proved that they are not my biological children, but I am now the sole parent.

4.) Had this happened in the USA, the courts would force me to take care of these kids.

5.) I could have very easily gotten their US citizenship when they were under 1 year of age, but I didn't do it because I had a vague feeling that their mother was trying to use me.

6.) Since I am a US citizen, I take my citizenship seriously. I can not allow someone to use me to gain entry into the USA. I knew that DNA tests would have to be taken later, but I really didn't believe that the female (late wife) would cheat on me.

7.) She did. That is no longer an issue.

8.) What is the issue is that I have been taking care of these kids from day one of their lives. Yet the US government is telling me that I can't be their father.

Ok, Thats great you are taken care of children that are not your biologiclyand also hot US Citizens. If those 3 countries will not question your father hood go there. The biggest thing now is stop trying to bring kids over that are not US CITIZENS and not yours to the USA . & trying to blame the US. FOR YOUR PROBLEM THAT YOU ARE FACING.
