  • Hey I was needed a manual for mine would u happen to know where I could get one? How much do those machines cost?

  • i got one of those slot machines same kind.!!! its uber fun!!

  • where is the pachinko game in los angeles area

  • Awesome that you explained exactly how to play Pachinko, I was in Japan a few years ago, but I only looked at the pachinko machines and never played it because it seemed so intense. Will check it out the next time I'm in Japan ^^

But how do the pachinko's with digital reel roulettes work? Do the reel roulettes go and stop automatically or do I have to do something in order to control them?

  • Oh I want 1 with good animes songs!!!

  • Great video! I just learned a lot!

  • I had a spring-powered pachinko type game when I was a kid. I live in the UK. I think it was a Sonic the Hedgehog one. Does pachinko refer specifically to the machines or the whole craze? Bit confused about the nomenclature here.

  • Pachinko refers to the electrically-operated machines with sounds and lights that are generally found among hundreds of other machines in pachinko parlors and are played with hundreds if not thousands of balls. It isn't really the same as the spring loaded games. Similar concept, I guess.

  • dude show us (or me :D) of pachinko that thing is sooo cool and yea great vid 5 star

  • Nice video! man.

I want to buy a pachinko machine, how much does it usually run and where can I find one?

  • I bought mine in Machida, Tokyo at Tokyu Hands department store for about $100 USD. Try ebay. You can find anything on ebay.

  • Thanks bro, I'll try that department store in Tokyo.

    $100 is very reasonable!

No, I refuse to do eBay, so many crooks, and eBay don't seem to care about it.

  • Most American slot machines no longer use coins. When you "cash out" the machine puts out a voucher on paper. Has this trend started in Japan?

  • I wouldn't know. I don't actually visit Pachinko and Slot parlors because I don't like losing money. I just bought the machines to satisfy the urge to mess around with them.

  • Greetings from Delaware, USA, where it will be 16 degrees tonight!

Thanks for your quick reply! You are wise not to donate your money in slot machines!

  • @sladewalters you know what, probably the smartest thing to do. it would cost FAR less money to buy the whole machine than you would lose if you went to them and played for winnings/lossings. :-)

  • In Nevada the slot machines still spit out coins. But I have played the kind that print out a ticket.

  • cant anyone just sneak in metal balls?

  • I don't know. I am pretty sure they have metal detectors and security at the entrances. This is gambling and they have muscle just like U.S. casinos.

  • I am betting the actual principle of making your own pachinko balls, would cost you more than the actual value of "buying in" at the parlors. So why do it? I have never been to Japan gaming parlor, but I would LOVE to go. so just speculating and I would think that common sense would say its harder to make and procure fake bearings, as it is just to pay the small yen fee to play? Dont you just buy a bunch, like 100+ of the play balls for minimum yen fee anyway?

  • i have one of those in my room

  • That looks like a good stress reliever, nice video.

  • Hahahah...my first time playing Pachinko, I hit the jackpot so much that all the metal balls overloaded in the machine. I didn't know about the button to get more balls out, or the trays, so my bin was literally overloading with balls coming out till they had to tell me what the heck I was doing, haha.

  • HAHA! funny!

  • Oh Jesus, I HATE Pachinko. It's so annoying because they're the ONLY friggin things open after 9 PM. They share the same advertising techniques, it's the loudest thing in town, and the air in there is toxic. I hate Pachinko!!!!!!

  • Well thank you for your information, I wanted to know because a friend is going to japan and I wanted him to buy one from the most recognized anime in japan: Urusei Yatsura .Those things look rather interesting to play

  • can the panchinko machines be purchased? if so how much?

  • The price varies from around 10000 yen (about $100 US) to 25000 yen (about $250 US) depending on style/availability.

  • what can u get with the metal balls ?

  • seems interesting. different viewpoint, but same fun. I love pachinkos either!

  • That's so cool! I love this video. You rock!

  • Why thank you. I checked out your profile, we live pretty close to each other. We should try to get together sometime, if you know what I mean (wink, wink).

  • Yeah, I'd like that, but first... do you like Pina Coladas?

  • I forgot you purchased those machines. That is so funny! I love the vids. And I am now planning to visit that Mexican Restaurant in Yokohama! Was it better than Mike's? Anyway...Glad to see the new videos and I'll catch you later.

    mike

  • What's happening Mr. Guy? It was different than Mike's, more like a chain. The view was WAY better.

  • Very interesting. Thanks, Slade!
