First, Kudos on actually seeing this little project through, the human model looks very solid, however the sculpting, not as much. Zbrush doesn't have a good painting system for games or much of anything, so UV Ahri and paint her in Photoshop. Use the tube brush for the hair and tail; the Snake hook (or the inflat brush, whichever) isn't good for realistic hair, and isn't even probable in games. Game hair is alpha ch. or simplified geo, i.e. katarina hair. Clothes could use more folds as well.

Looks great, I would never tell someone else to spend any more than six hours on anything but this could look perfect with some more detail in the clothes, tweaking with the tails' flow from the clothes, more detail in the face and hair, and maybe a different approach to the texture on her tails

but let me just reiterate, i would never expect someone to spend that much time on this and i would never be able to make even that haha

I hate to say this, but after looking at your current work and comparing it to the level of what Riot actually releases to the public (coupled with their hiring standards/what they are currently hiring for) Your statement that you will be working for them next year sounds more like a high horse claim. I can admit you have some talent with zbrush, but what you've made here is not even close to the level of what Riot produces for LoL each month. Still, I am only mentioning this out of kindness.
