I heard that Ben Elton was a writer for the show during the early days before the show made of puppet of him. I'm just curious, what did he think of it.
I also read somewhere that John Sessions was part of the show too before he became mocked.
And how about Sting? I noticed that during 1993, he was still being satirized while the real Sting was working with Roger Law in that Peter and The Wolf Family Direct to Video Project.
Yes John Sessions was a voice artists I think before he came out. He did Laurence Olivier,Terry Wogan and Prince Andrew, unfortunely he was not a on the show for a long time.
I've just reliesed today that everything being made today has some little connection to Spitting Image.
I do which that Spitting Image returned. I really liked 2DTV, it was very close to Spitting Image except it was animated. But Headcases kind of Sucked!
AWESOME! Well at least they are ripping off from a good show and not a bad show like over in America. American Television is Horrible. South Park is basically the best satirical show in America. Everything else is basically crap or what's being made today except for Cartoon Network's [adult swim].
There's too many reality game shows and cheap entertainment contest shows like "So you think you can dance", "American Idol (which there's a British version too). Stuff that doesn't have writers in it.
Yeah, That's probably the Only thing that I like from America is the Prime Time Animated shows. the 1990s was the best. Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network and MTV were the top 3 plus The Simpsons on Fox. Now it's only South Park that's still good. I've been watching the new episodes every week. This week they are going to satirize the Save The Whales Organizations. Trey Parker and Matt Stone LOVE beating on Liberals for some reason. LOL
It's like a horrible impression of an opening song on the Benny Hill Show!
