There are a total of 16 states and 1 district that does not practice the death penalty. Its unfortunate that our justice system is just as murderous as those who committed such crimes. I am thankful for the minority of those states who have participated in rejecting the death penalty.

I've seen a lot of comments indicating that he may be crazy. I sat through every day of the original 6 week trial, the original sentencing, the re-sentencing hearings and finally the re-sentencing itself. He is not crazy, he is an animal with no conscience.

Sentencing them to death would mean killing a person that may be innocent atleast in what they were found guilty in. Sure, there are false convictions, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't lock up criminals for committing heinous acts, or solely imprison those who confess to crimes. Sentencing them to death would mean killing a person that may be innocent atleast in what they were found guilty in.
