I will say this however, when American Armenians made a movie about Turkey in the 1970's called "Midnight Express", it was just as racist and offensive. I think this movie sucks, and it's designed to appeal to people of a particular mindset. I will say this however, when American Armenians made a movie about Turkey in the 1970's called "Midnight Express", it was just as racist and offensive. People in the US thought it was an awesome movie, it went on to win a bunch of awards.

I'm an American and I'm not against seeing this movie nor can I deny that some of our soldiers have been guilty of foul play in war, and I am against actions like that or any violence, abuse and rape. It's just a movie and I don't think you should label entire an nation of people as evil because of the actions of some. There was an incident in the late 90's about Israeli soldiers harvesting organs and these soldiers confessed. Similar case about 2 years ago with a few Israeli high rank soldiers confessing they sold the organs of prisoners. There are many video coverage as well as written evidence showing American soldiers killing innocent people without trial, so why talk about facts as if they were just propaganda.
If you want propaganda, watch Midnight Express. Its opposite view of this just 10x harsher.

Anyway, seriously, how hypocritical and effed-up can Americans be with their double-standard freedom of speech? Isn't it freedom of speech/expression that Arabs say (if really happens in the movie) that Jewish doctors include those who harvest organs and sell them off illegally? Which is, umm, the truth by the way?

It IS a propaganda movie, but it sounds like it contains some truth.
I mean.. as far as I know, at least one wedding got bombed. Innocents were imprisoned unlawfully. Israel did harvest organs.

i just watched this movie.. It was the same old plot, just this time it's finally the American soldiers who are the invaders, the mindless brutes who spray machine gun fire without regard, and are taken out by a few unlikely rebels with handguns. Its the exact same scenes as in countless Amerian movies, where it's the Germans, the Russians, the Vietnamese, who are the bad guys and get mowed down every minute by the hereos of the films. Its the same movie, just the tables are turned.

Its just a movie.. When 300 was made, it contradicted some other nations opinion about history or their soldiers. Movie was far away from reality.
What did the movie makers in America say. "its just a movie" ok. fine
