It is because people put time in choosing a pair that represents them as people, so they area good reflection of the personality. You can always tell a sad person, because they'll be wearing sad shoes - sad as in very uncool. Also, very few people wear classy expensive shoes, so if I see a women wearing a pair of Loboutins or shoes with a classy heel - usually only in central London - it's a huge turn on.

People who wear too much flat sandals are more prone to having ugly cracked feet because their feet is always close to the ground, and when they sweat, it opens up pores allowing dirt and bacteria to get in. And not all women wash nor take care of their feet everynight after a long day. Think of it as a yeast infection for the feet! Lol!
