  • this sounds like a short ram. is it? i heard of people having trouble aligning the bolts. did u have any trouble? have u seen how much power if any it ads to that toaster? i might get that for mine.

  • @marty1091 i had no trouble with this injen intake. its a full length cold air. i had to take the front bumper off. that was the hardest part and it was simple as hell. just 16bolts or so and it pops right off. i have a new body kit on it since i recorded this. there is a slight performance boost but a dramatic sound improvement. it sounds real nice!

  • that sounds so sick!!!! it's almost like a turbo noise. if it were a bit more high pitched. sick dude. that's what im getting. with a dual exhaust. i just need 600 bucks now.

  • @marty1091 when i enter the freeway and gun it, you hear the intake sucking in the air and you get a high pitch whistle. not exactly like a turbo but you know its modified. ran a 10.6 on a 1/8 drag track. no exhaust modifications, strictly intake. and thats with heavy ass 20" rims, 2x 12" Rockford P3's, amps and full interior.

  • I'm getting my Injen intake in a few weeks. How hard is it to install? Is there a way to install it without taking off the front bumper?

  • @Chase16016 taking the front bumper off is very easy. there is like 12 bolts that you gotta remove under the bumper and near the wheels. you cannot install this without removing the bumper. it sounds scary but its actually very simple.

  • @OmenLW Ok. Well I'll see what I can do. How easy does it go back on? That's what I'm mostly worried about. I'm afraid it won't be the same

  • @Chase16016 after you remove the bolts and button, it pops right off and then pops right back on and lines up perfectly again.

  • @OmenLW Ok. One last question lol. Are the bolts hard to get to? I know I sound like I don't know what I'm doing, I'm just worried about messing something up.. It's my new car and I also don't feel like paying an enormous amount of money to have something simple done.

  • @Chase16016 i messaged you with instructions on how to do it...all you need is a flat head screw driver and a 10mm socket...i think its 10mm. Look at the pdf i sent you and stop at the image "Fig 1-7". Easy as hell.

  • @OmenLW cud u sed me one too? i might do this soon

  • That sounds awesome man, I can not wait to get mine.

  • @JoduSTi thanks man!
