thank you soooo much for posting this!! i just got my room assignment for Mag Apt. but could only find pics of the outside areas and of course the lame floor plan from the USF site. nice to see this and get a better feel for just how much crap i'm going to have to chuck in order to move LOL. not bad apts. i'm excited!!!

@MsSierraT Haha, yeah, the rooms aren't very big but I loved living in Magnolia. Also, I was frustrated that USF doesn't post any pictures or give any tours of the Magnolia apartments, so I made this video to show everybody what it's like. Enjoy your new home!

@yksomac Thank you :D hey btw I'm a tad confused, i only see 3 bedrooms and 1 bath? mines going to be 4 beds and 2 baths...? is this family housing that you were in?

@MsSierraT The two apartments at each end of the hall on each floor are 3 bedrooms. All other apartments are 4 bedroom and 2 bath with the living room and kitchen in a more open space in the middle of the apartment. I stayed in the 3 bedroom my Freshman year and the 4 bedroom my Sophomore year. I don't know the layout of the Family Housing....but it is a little strange having little kids living right there in between Juniper and Magnolia.

Fml I told housing I wanted holly and they told me there is Definatly space. I found out today I'm assigned to beta hall. WTF I guess USF doesn't want my 3 thousand dollars

@ma77phew If you are going to spend 3000....Just move to Campus Lodge apts on Livingston ave. I live there and love it. They throw bad ass pool parties, hold pretty cool events, and its like 2 miles from campus.

um do u get 2 live by urself or with a roommate? do u get to choose which roommate u want to live with. so u get to choose ur dorm?

@lorena33614 You get to choose where you live, and you can choose roommates if you both add each other in the residential application when you fill it out. As far as living by yourself though, you can have your own room if you choose apartment style, like this, but otherwise you will have a roommate in the same room as you.

Hmmm... I think your rooms are slightly larger than ours in Cypress Apartments but I like how ours are split two rooms on each side instead of clumping them all on one side.
