Honestly speeking, Huawei is the only Chinese company succeeding in the IT sphere. Devotedly wish it a prosperous future. The semiconductor industry is totally occupied by USA, Korea, Japan, Holland, Germany and France & Italy.
Now you are talking, of course they have low salaries, bad treatment and very few benefits, but you sure can have a carrer there, and after you have it you can go to another splier or one customer company, by the way, wich office did you work for?
You know nothing about huawei. Of course, salaries in Huawei is lower, however, that does't mean huawei is bad in tech. For example, the technology of Nortel is worse than Huawei.
