GSP, his takedown defense is great. I think Shields will have a difficult time taking GSP down. So, GSP can dictate where the fight takes place and if he decides to keep it standing GSP definitely has the advantage.

I am picking Shields with the upset. I hope the fight is not 5 rounds of stick and move jabbing and we get to see a really competitive ground fight. Both Shields and GSP have excellent wrestling and JiuJitsu however I think Shields is at a higher level of both skill sets. 15 fight winning streak I have to go with the highly underrated Shields. Jake Shields by second round submission. I think before the fighters get too fatigued and sweaty, Jake will secure a takedown and get to mount, he has great transissions. From here I can see GSP trying to escape and Shields getting his back and securing a rear naked choke.

Im picking GSP to beat Shields by 4th round ground and pound. I see Shields having a hard time taking GSP down for the first couple rounds, and getting jabbed repeatedly in the face. But Shields is a very dangerous Gracie BJJ belt and you can never count him out.

If you're trying to say he doesn't have 150 mil in his back pocket then of course not.. its all invested in various ways.. his 10% share is worth roughly 130mil.. his annual salary which he gets paid as an employee... is around 2 mil plus the bonuses.. it nears 5 mil.. put it all together and so far hes at about 150mil. check any source you wish.
