To find sheet music for celtic tunes do a Google search for JC's ABC tune finder. Then put the tune name into the search box. The best format to pull up is PDF.
Oh ok, didn't realise that. That's a good idea, then people can get a clearer idea on ornaments for celtic playing. There is no way you can pick it up if everyone just plays fast all the time..I've just changed direction with a new teacher who is is celtic based. Thanks for posting yourself.

All of these tunes are played slowly for learning... so yes, they will not have the same lilt as when played at full tempo.
