lawl it's called magicians twine/string w/e or good ol' fishing line if you're cheap, + 9$ is a load for that. Also they don't show the head not for privacy (probably) but mainly because the string is attached to the back of his ear and he moves his head a but which would give it away instantly, the ke t sales is impressions

i bought that trick in san antonio...

you stick a peice of wax to an increbily thin but strong string, stick it behind your ear, and then stick it on a card. you can use your hands to move aroudn the string and stuff. all ther is to it.
