@victorianhorror Like with most of the costumes at cons like this, she made her costume, I'm afraid. I'm doing the same thing soon for a school-wide prank at my college. One of my friends' English professors is a Whovian, so she's having me go in as a Weeping Angel and stand at the back of the class. Over the course of the day after that, other Weeping Angels scattered around campus will converge in the main court yard. It'll be fantastic!
