my advice to you all, the best way to lose lower belly fat is to 1) eat healthy 2) just do a lot of cardio that makes you sweat and gets your heart beat fast 3) every once in a while give yourself a treat (maybe a donut) I lost 6 kilos of fat in less than 3 months and I'm as healthy as it gets :P
Planks target your obliques, your sides as well as tightening your core by lifting up. As far as people being rude for her appearance, fuck off. You don't have to do her workouts. They work and if you don't like what she looks like, that's your problem.

@punkgirl943 hi, you can't gain weight from this workout, most probably the food is guilty, it is always the food. I know the feeling "I didn't change my eating.." but think again. Yes, it is possible to gain some muscles, but a week is too short period to happen this. My guess the food is guilty.
@punkgirl943 I saw on doctor oz that this is very normal, alot of people gain weight after working out. it should disappear in a few days after the workout

@Linnyxx17 I change my routine daily :) So it is challenge for me every day. Subscribe to me get updates. Also I do whole body workouts every day and stress on some body part, like belly fat in this video.

@RumianaIlieva Is there any exercise I can do to replace the squats? I have horrible knees and and the pain in doing squats is excruciating. ( I am working on building them up to better condition with a exercise my doctor recommended,where I stand up against the wall and squat and hold it for as long as I can.) @JennJennJennifer yes, 3 times, why people keep on asking of this? It is short video, 3 times means less than 20 minutes. Do you expect to workout just 5-6 minutes? I record I circuit of the workout and you need to do it 3 times if you want to see results.
