  • 40 jumping jacks? I'd have to replace my legs with steel rods for that

  • my advice to you all, the best way to lose lower belly fat is to 1) eat healthy 2) just do a lot of cardio that makes you sweat and gets your heart beat fast 3) every once in a while give yourself a treat (maybe a donut) I lost 6 kilos of fat in less than 3 months and I'm as healthy as it gets :P

  • Planks target your obliques, your sides as well as tightening your core by lifting up. As far as people being rude for her appearance, fuck off. You don't have to do her workouts. They work and if you don't like what she looks like, that's your problem.

    Yes because you're doing cardio AND these help tone loose wiggly fat. You will burn more doing the mile and this!

    thanks so much for this video, it's my favorite i now have a sexy flat stomach, i'm in love with my belly now, i was wondering now since i diet and eat really healthy and i'm not really a person who likes to eat a lot, is it alright if i just do this workout once a day? cuz i don't really need to workout that much anymore, and one more question how many calories does it burn doing it only once?

  • @majormoo1 i think reps means repetitions (correct me if i'm wrong). for example, jumping jack 40 reps = jump 40 times ;)

  • hey rumania, like everyone else i love your videos, ive been doing this work out for about a week but, the thing is that instead of loosing weight ive been gaining a lil, is this just from muscle gain? i know i havnt changed my eating habits, if anything ive been eating healthier and lesser, if i keep doing this will the results continue of muscle weight, er......ya, lol idk, ur great xD any opinions?

  • @punkgirl943 hi, you can't gain weight from this workout, most probably the food is guilty, it is always the food. I know the feeling "I didn't change my eating.." but think again. Yes, it is possible to gain some muscles, but a week is too short period to happen this. My guess the food is guilty.

  • @punkgirl943 I saw on doctor oz that this is very normal, alot of people gain weight after working out. it should disappear in a few days after the workout

  • @punkgirl943 i think it is muscle gain because muscle actually weighs more than body fat but I am curious as to how you built muscle in a week...but yeah good job!

    this workout routine looks awsome i can actually see the parts of your stomach that are being worked out. my question is, what do you do when your body will get used to this routine. and you have to work harder and longer. any advice?

  • @Linnyxx17 I change my routine daily :) So it is challenge for me every day. Subscribe to me get updates. Also I do whole body workouts every day and stress on some body part, like belly fat in this video.

  • @Linnyxx17 do different workouts everyday, and throw some running in there, then add more reps!! switching it up is key

  • @RumianaIlieva Is there any exercise I can do to replace the squats? I have horrible knees and and the pain in doing squats is excruciating. ( I am working on building them up to better condition with a exercise my doctor recommended,where I stand up against the wall and squat and hold it for as long as I can.) But other than that I appreciate your videos and am going to really commit to doing this 3 times in a row, everyday! Thanks! (:

  • @JennJennJennifer yes, 3 times, why people keep on asking of this? It is short video, 3 times means less than 20 minutes. Do you expect to workout just 5-6 minutes? I record I circuit of the workout and you need to do it 3 times if you want to see results.
