You will find many scientific publications from high impact factor medical journals that show the truth and facts that the closest and most similar race to ancient egyptians are the nubians and then come ethiopeans and eretrians. .

Nowadays if you are a tourist you go to Luxor and Aswan to see the ancient egyptian history and tombs of the Faroah. Where is Aswan? It is in Nubia. Luxor is less than 113 km north of Aswan and modern research found cemetries of Ancient Nubians there.

If a Nubian or Libyan adopted Egyptian language and habits, he or she would be considered Egyptian. Egypt had many different races, which is not a surprise because Africa is the most diverse country in the world. And they mixed, so they werent PURE anything. Egypt was NOT strictly black, NOR white. Egypt had MANY different ethnicities there, but it's not UNCOMMON that they had a lOT of blacks there. The Egyptians viewed themselves as DIFFERENT. Different from any other race.

Your answer here is accurate only you use terms that are unfound in science and geology. There is no such thing as black in science. That term is merely a conglomeration of stereotypes depicted by western Africans or the people who being enslaved. Secondly, in Africa each tribe sees itself as being different from the others, but I do agree that Egypt must have been a melting pot similar to America.

African people skin and hair gets very dry. Just because melanin protects us from Uv-rays doesn't mean parts of our body doesn't get dry. They were never mixed pre 25th dynasty. After invasion by Arabs Greeks and romans. You get Post 25th dynasty til today. Their cousins to the south of Nubian's Egyptians and twa. Red Hair doesnt say much, it could come from a number of sources, including, but not limited too animal sources, and sun bleached hair. It could also be red hair from an asian or african, although it's rare, it does happen, and would put the person in a position to be considered holy or royal.

Ok. If you say Kemet means "Black Earth." Then "Kemet People" must mean "Black Earth People." Which also means that they were not from out of space, but thats another story. This author didn't make that stupid comment.
The reason for mentioning it, is that if the author is going to speak of people of that era, then he should mention what the people of that era called themselves and why, because the author is making a historical reference and left that part out. Thats why.
