  • R.I.P. Nice Guy Eddie Cabot Also Known As Chris Penn ='(

  • R.I.P - Eddie Pulaski...

  • I have known Chris and Sean since 1985 and they loved and supported each other throughout that entire time. Yes, Sean at one time, tried "tough love" in an attempt to get Chris into a rehab program but unfortunately the "fighter" in Chris just made him rebel even more. He was my son's Godfather and my best friend. We have lived together, trained together, traveled the world together, laughed, cried, and celebrated together. He had a heart of Gold and I will never have a better friend. RIP

  • Rip . just saw reservoir dogs yesterday. amazing film

  • Why play this song? Sean didn't give a shit about him. He was ashame of him.

  • i love Chris so....

so underrated actor. but his weight killed him

i haven't heard anything about "aftermath"...i thought his most recent movies were "Holly" and "Darvin Awards"

  • rest in peace chris

u were amazing in reservoir dogs

  • I think Chris was a far better actor than his bro Sean, he seemed like a nice guy too who you could have a good time with, also, unlike his brother who takes himself too seriously. RIP Chris.

  • rest in peace chris!

  • happy birthday chris penn you would have been 45 today 10/10/2010, hope you can get a bookers boubon up there. r.i.p

  • I just finished watching Rush Hour one and i was like..Whats the name of this guy? Ive seen him on other movies..then i check at the end of the movie right on the Cast list and learn that his name is Chris Penn..So i come to youtube to see what his latest movies were and i happen to find out that he DIED! Whoa, thats very sad :-(. Great job on the video by the way. May his soul R.I.P

  • does anyone know the name of the movie he was in back in the 90's that was based on a fighting game? It was very extreme with blood and special moves like a live action cartoon

  • @flipperISdead Know one your thinking of, but can't put name too it, its bugging me now.

  • @MeBenHalpin ...it's called Fist of The North Star and it was based on a popular anime series...you can watch the entire thing on youtube just broken up into parts

  • @flipperISdead That's the one, been bugging me for ages, might just have to give that watch.

  • thanks

  • @AWESOME90002 Yep. If he had watched his weigh he would probably still be with us :( Sad.

  • how did he die?

  • its casual ................ man i miss him rip

  • thank you!

  • rip man this guy was really good ive sen him in a couple of movies

  • @AWESOME90002 he died of a drug overdose . nothing to do with his size dumbass.

  • @ChronicSmoker91 Although Penn had used multiple drugs in the past, an autopsy performed by a Los Angeles County medical examiner revealed the primary cause of death was "nonspecific cardiomyopathy" (heart disease), with the prescription drug promethazine with codeine and an enlarged heart being possible contributing circumstances. Sean Penn has said publicly in a TV interview on Larry King Live that his brother probably died because of his weight.

    From Wikipedia.

  • jesus i had no idea the man was even dead till like 20min ago (see what happens when you dont watch the news),,nice guy good actor feel bad for sean losing hes younger brother we,ll miss u

  • Very sweet and such a wonderful tribute. Great job! Much appreciated!

  • Sad video :( RIP

  • @AWESOME90002

if you're going to write something disrespectful it gets deleted, then you get blocked. If you write it again, I report you to youtube. Simple. Ignorance kills brain cells.

  • @zippitydoowop Thanks for posting, I really likes this guy. Don't pay too much attention to AWESOME90002, this Swedish punk makes a habit of insulting people. Peace to you all.

  • Gorgeous Chris

  • @AJprofsr HE DIED IN 2006, so sadly to say who thot you saw, indeed was NOT him

  • sadly..

  • the beginning sounds like an western movie

  • Wow, I just saw him in Foot Loose. He was actually slender with a bit of muscle in that one. Very young though.

  • He may have waned in his later years, but I'll always remember his role as "Travis Brickley" in the "Best of the Best" movies. Great martial arts movies, and to be honest, that's the only reason I remember his face. I know he was in a lot more than that, but in my childhood, I loved martial arts movies, and that's the first thing I remember seeing him in. He will be missed.

  • love this vid his spirit does live on r.i.p.

  • he was better than sean for sure r.i.p. chris

  • This kid was a good actor. He was in great shape in the 80's (Wild Life). He just got heavier and heavier. He died before his time.

  • A great clip, the song was perfectly chosen, imagine if Sean Penn watch this he'll cry a week, because "he ain't heavy he is my brother" and in my words he was my brother too, I'll miss him to much, great actor all heart. R.I.P

  • RIP... C. Penn, classic in reservoir dogs.

Damn shame. Wish you were still here bro making movies.

  • I was reading his autopsy report the other day on the net, this dude had every freakin` illegal drug known in his system. I mean WTF was his deal? Marijuana, cocaine, morphine (which is heroin before it enters the blood stream), meth, codeine, ephedrin, diazepam (which is Valium) ethanol... Call me crazy but any dude that does that much sh*t all at the same time is suicidal, I mean seriously.

  • I met him on the set of Made in USA. A non hit film about 2 thugs from Centralia, PA. Coal mine fire town. I live 5 minutes from. It was around 1986. He was cool, but, STONED@!! Sad that this happend... RIP CHRIS.

  • Im sorry but I love that movie!!!! I like the two truckers they jacked. Radio handle "Bisquets and Gravy"!LOL

  • he gave his voice dbub,a person in gat sa

  • He was awesome from the start , even as a goober in Footloose he was awesome...

  • He was tha man i Resorvoir Dogs!! RIP

  • I Liked in Best of the Best movie and others, But, Geez! WHAT A WEIGHT GAIN!!! God May Bless Chris. R.I.P.

  • "stop pointin that fuckin gun at my dad !"

    that's my favorite line too

he utters it exactly like the spoiled little kid of a gangsta that he is s'pposed to be!

he was great as Manetti as well

so much better actor than his brother, shame he died

  • He was a good guy, liked his movies in the early days.

    R.I.P

  • his best line ever:

why you keep beatin him for ? You keep beatin him, he will tell you he started the chicago fuckin fire - that does'nt necessarilly make it fuckin so !

and all the lines he snorted

  • H'es just gonna decide! out of the fuckin' blue! to rip us off?

    who you gonna call?

a fuckin' snake charmer! who the fuck d'you think? a doctor

  • ya man......he some great movies....but resevoir dogs hadda b his best.....

stop pointin that fuckin gun at my dad !

loved in 86' when he was in that movie with his brother and christopher walken i cant think of the fuckin name of it ...but it was great and based on a true story that happened in maryland or pennsylavania....

  • I mean the cocaine damaged his heart. His heard was grossly enlarged due to severe obesity. He was so cute and thin in Footloose.

  • what you gonna do if your HEARD stops ?

    you fuckin moron

both fuckin posts you typed HEARD

pull your head out your ass

  • He did NOT die of Cusing's you fuck! He died of obesity and drugs. His bro Sean Penn confirmed this on Larry King. He was a major drug user and the cocaine damaged his heard just like Andy Gibb. He was REALLY CUTE in Footloose and All the Right Moves. Sarah Jessica Parker lost her virginity to him during the making of Footloose. SAD. He was so thin and talented. I've NEVER seen anyone's appearance change this drastically ever. He gained 200 pounds after Footloose!

  • Chris died from Cushing's Disease. He never let him self go. He was beautiful and talented. Too many die everyday this way it's got to STOP! Thanks for the pics. BTW it's hereditary so if someone in your family died this horrible way please get checked every year.

  • RIP Chris Penn

  • He is trully one of the Best Of The Best actors R.I.P. Chris...

    God bless you...

  • Jeeez, I didn't know he died at all?!?!? I used to like to see him in films...a lot of the films he was in had an edge to them.. shame...R.I.P

  • I had no idea he died. RIP man

  • R.I.P paisan

  • Chris was in good shape in the 80's

  • As sad as this is, it is disapointing that he was a wealthy individual and still let himself go.

  • omg i never knew he died

    RIP

  • Hey chris penn was eddie pulaski in san andreas

  • and he died?

  • lol yeah he was

  • i've always liked Chris' acting & presence. still can't believe he's gone. he had this charisma about him - laidback, easygoing, humorous and an underlining hint of toughness about him.

  • man what an actor!

  • The best! Thanks for making this! So sad that he is gone :'(! Rest in peace Chris!

  • This was simply beautiful. We all miss you and will keep you close in our hearts.

  • Thank you for this video. I miss him so much.

Chris was an awesome man and will live forever in my heart.

"I love you Chris...take care of our baby girl"

  • Léo and Eilen Penn one make 3 son Michael, Sean and Chris... Two young person, Sean and Chris, are an actor. Chris was surely in the shade of Sean, but that it not prevented from being Chris, and not the brother has Sean... There left too early... He will remain immortal, thanks to ' Reservoit dogs' and has ' At closed range' RIP Christopher Penn

  • Rest in peace buddy.

I miss him and love him always.

  • Was Chris and Sean close?

  • Chris was a force. Totally underrated. Intense. That black ElDorado flying thru town @ 3:00 am. He lived life full-tilt. The best joke-teller I ever heard...

  • Penn was my friend. The only Bull I ever met that carried his own china shop with him wherever he went.

I carried his casket. He WAS heavy.

Some of his best work was in CEMENT, a film I directed.

I miss him. He was a beautiful man, in many ways.

  • chris was and will be one of my favorite actors he always brought something interesting to the films he was in. It was a huge loss for the film industry

  • penn was an outstanding actor and from what i've heard an even more outstanding person

a terrific real man in a place thats so unreal

  • ~a tribute for a fallen brother~

  • His eyes were so...wounded-looking. R.I.P., Chris Penn.

    R.I.P
