I find the one behind the green pirahna (that you almost missed) hard to get.

I was planning an annotation there because people kept saying that the red coin I missed wasn't a fly guy one and was that coin. However, I thought it made the video look stupid, so I tried to remove it, but for some reason, it didn't completely delete itself.

That problem is fixed now.

I know how it vanished, when you went in the room with the yoshicopter, you went to the far right. It was just in the range of where he appeared and then when you got there, he vanished.

When you lost baby mario at one point, you scrolled upward, which spawned the fly guy with the red coin. If that helps.

I think at the point when you lost baby Mario to the fireball guy, it activated that Fly Guy, and since you were preoccupied with getting him back didn't have time to go get the Fly Guy. That's my take on it anyway.
