I'm using Blender 249.2 and the white tiles look gray even though I made it shadeless and dragged the sliders to make it all white. Any help here?

Hi i see you have little skill about blender can you make tutorial about camera , I have problem when my camera chase my player (ball) it alright, (w moves up)... but when ball goes to another point camera makes mistakes like( w moves right ) if you understand its great ;)

hey SUPER3BOY, i am making a car game for 4 players, and i tried to apply the same concept. i just made one car model, and duplicated it for 4 players. so i went into edit mode, pressed "p" and separated the faces. however, when i wanted to change the colour of just one car, all the cars changed colours. for example, i wanted one car to be red, so when i coloured it red, all the other cars turned red as well. why does this happen? can u pls help me? i would really appreciate it!

It is because they are the same :)

you have to go to the edit TAB (not mode) and make new material ;)

then a assign on of the cars to this

and then you do this until you got 4materials (on for each car)

hey actually i think i figured it out on how to make the car wheels spin. btw, yes, it was in the game engine. i just made each wheel parent to the car independently, and added location to the car, and rotation to the wheels. everything is fine, except now whenever i play, the wheels go underneath the ground. i know that i must change the centre of gravity to make them above the ground, but how would you do that? if you know, pls tell me. thx again!

you should subdivide multi and make it 7 because chess boards have 8 squares on each side

I liked the way you made a Plane mesh and did sub-divide to get your chequer pattern straigh-away, i thought that was going to be almost impossible. Also good demo of the 'plane select' (triangle icon), i didn't understand what those buttons were for before. Thanks :)

You could save polys with UV mapping, but that's just useful for games I guess

if u wanna taper the squares(it ooks pretty cool if u do it right) which is pretty eassy just select the top faces and size them down a little bit, try it out and see how u like it

hey could you show me how people make light refract through objects? Most of the time people make like jello or something and the light filters through and reflects onto the surface behind. I don't know how to make this happen AT ALL.
