Hi, Nancy. As you probably know, today is the first day of Daylight Savings Time, and I read on a website that some areas of Canada, including Saskatchewan, B.C., and parts of Ontario are exempt from D.S.T. Two quick questions, if I may: Does your area observe D.S.T.?; and where do you personally stand on this whole issue of having to change the clocks twice a year? (My opinion: I hate it. It's a pointless nuisance and I believe the U.S. Congress should repeal it here.)
@TrNiNgJaPaNeSe007 If it were up to me, I'd leave the clocks alone! Actually, if it were up to me, I'd tilt the earth properly so we'd skip winter altogether! LOL. Probably why I'm not God! LOL
@NancyToday I don't know how bad the summer heat gets up there, but it's brutal here in Texas, and after a few months in the broiler, it sure is nice to be able to cool off a bit--but y'all do look like you get quite a lot of snow, so I guess I can sorta' understand where you're coming from. (And I've actually considered just leaving my clock and watch set as-is, but that might get really confusing.)
