You can't be more incorrect, no disrespect to the CBA, but the NBA is a tougher league: better defense, more athleticism, better coaching, much faster pace. Team USA from Athens did not represent the best of the US talent, but this Olympics should be a better representation.

Team USA does not reflect the level of play in the NBA. Team USA is just so poorly assembled, even this year. IMO, basketball needs teamwork, chemistry, they have none.

American basketball does have international competition, that's true. CBA is not one of them, I don't think they are even near the level of any Euro countries, yet. No depth.

Best in Asia, no doubt, but I think the Chinese have long ways to go. Again, you can't judge the Americans by their poorly assembled team(s).

Chen is pretty good, with his layups, 3 pts, and sick passes. i don't think he'll make it to the NBA though, but who knows.
