This has got to be one of my fave vids of a character greeting. It's one of those things you expect to see on a commercial but not in real life. What makes me like it even more- Mickey gave your adorable daughter this amazing experience and stopped some line cutters at the same time. Awesome!

If any of you folks are going to Magic Kingdom at Disney World

this summer be aware "Mickey's Toontown Fair" is GONE.

It has been bulldozered to make room for their new "Fantasyland"

which will be for adults.

The train doesn't stop there anymore and if you want pictures

with Mickey & Minnie you have to see them near the train station

on Main Street across from the City Hall.

Bella was sure one lucky girl.  It's not everyday a kid like yours gets to take a walk in the park with someone as famous as Mickey in his Sorcerer form. I betcha that is one memory that your daughter will never 4get. I hope she treasures that memory 4ever.

We just got back from a trip to San Diego. We drove up to Anaheim for 3 nights at the Paradise Pier hotel at Disneyland. We had a blast! She calls Mickey her b/f, it is cute.

It was sweet, but I don't think I would like someone to just take off with my little girl like that. I don't care who it was... if daddy didn't say something I'm sure he would took her where ever he was going. I my self would of said something to the manager. I'm still planning on going to Disney World soon. My little girl will be 4 in September and that is what I'm thinking we should do. We have been watching videos and she is getting so excited.

This is great! Disney cast members just get better and better! Like when I went (like a month ago) I saw Chip and Dale dancing with a group of kids (Im 10) and they were so cute!!!

You're right,, the cast members are wonderful! We took Bella's grandpa in December, he said it was one of the best times that he has had and he is 70.

@coachchili Thanks for the Reply, my mom, grandma, and brother and i went and we got right in front for a parade and the mice from cinderella were like hugging and kissing us DURING the parade! I just love it!!! BTW we went to Disney World not DisneyLand

So true! We can't wait to go back during Thanksgiving for 10 days. We'll be staying at Animal Kingdom villas. We've got photos of 5 giraffes eating from the same tree right outside our balcony from the last trip. Amazing!

That is adorable! I've never seen a character do that either and that was really sweet. When I took my young cousin she got to meet the characters and they were all so sweet. You're right that is worth the cost of admission to see things like that happen :) Those people must have been really rude to irritate Mickey!! :)

I went to Disneyland just last summer. Even though I was 18, meeting Mickey was the best part of the experience for me! I got his autograph and gave him a kiss on the nose

FFGirl15, yes there was a character escort in this video. I didn't understand why he didn't tell the cutters to go back. I mean, Mickey isn't the one who's supposed to do that, but I think he/ she did the right thing and doing the character escort's work.

I really like the very beginning when Mickey was like...STOP, to the little boy who totally tried to cut. Poor guy. It must be hard to tell people stuff...without actually talking.

Wow! You're daughter is very lucky to be with Mickey throughout this video. I do agree with rockies77. It's true that there are kinds of people who have no manners at all. About the people in Tokyo, basically they don't have that kind of problem, mostly the fans would crowd around the character and unfortunately, there is no line at all. Overall, this is a cute video.

Unfortunately, there are always those people who will do or try to show bad manners or pranks to those character performers in the Disney parks. I bet the other ones in Paris, Tokyo and Hong Kong have the same problems, like the ones in America.

To be frank, I had a character (non-Disney) meeting that did basically the same thing with me, when I was young. This video reminded me of that great time so long ago.
