@Bretzeljunge Stimmt, die Schüssel kann nicht ganz genau waagrecht fliegen, aber wenn man die Nase etwas nach oben zieht dürfte es die Schwerkraft wieder aufheben

Die Amis sind nur eine billige Kopie des dritten Reichs. Hätten die Juden uns damals nicht den Krieg erklärt, wären die Deutschen schon im Jahre 1950 mit Ufos auf dem Mond und weiter auf dem Mars gelandet. Aber sie wollten eben den Krieg, wie immer. Und daran hat sich beim außerwählten Volk bis heute nichts dran geändert.

Seems to me no way they could make this thing fly. With all the weight at the tips of the wings they would fall appart long time before take of speed.

This is a terrible design! And for a few reasons that are very obvious to the observing eye,, 1: take offs& landings- extremely precarious, especially under stress, or windy conditions. 2: 3 engines, consuming incredible amounts of fuel, and, most importantly, loss of 1 or more engines would cause extreme loss of control, and direction. 3: the engineering itself is counter productive, causing constant examination of moving parts, which would greatly impede use and reliability! Nice try though!

What wonderful allies German scientists were, spending their time on designs for things that couldn't be developed and produced in time to change the outcome of the war. And of course, the Nazis, especially Hitler, had a childish enthusiasm for any sort of whiz-bang German science came up with no matter how impossible it would have been to actually build these things in sufficient numbers to make a difference.

It would have been impossible to land unless it was in clear daylight with no wind. The USA had a similar concept prototype prop and later a vertijet, but it was abandoned because the pilot skill needed was way above most and they had crashes, plus fuel consumption was excessive.

Es ist schon Wahnsinn wenn man bedenkt wie weit die Deutschen den anderen Ländern in Sachen Technik vorraus waren! Jahrzehnte!!!

Aber das wirkliche wunderstück war für mich nicht die Me262, mehr die Horten Ho 229 die war viel wendiger und wäre jeden Jäger überlegen gewesen!

wäre die horton 229 und ihr großer bruder (keine ahnung wie der name ist) schon im krieg in massen produzeirt worden wäre, hätten wir gewonnen, zum glück nicht, man stelle sich mal vor was dann los gewesen wäre o_O

Die Lockheed P80, Erstflug Jan.1944, (soviel zum Thema "Jahrzehnte!!!" und "Heuschrecken") war einer Me262 und einer Ho229 bez. Flugleistung und Bewaffnung überlegen. Umsomehr verwundert, dass selbst rund 1400 gebaute Me262 für den Kriegsausgang bedeutungslos waren.
