Well, its wrong no matter what. But this father is obviously remorseful and hopefully will receive leniency. Believe me, others are not so sorry as they blame the law for their mistakes and do not take responsibility. Id say, give this man a break and to the father I would say not to ever, ever take something like this lightly. And something tells me he will not.
