@TheOrigamiclub: They will only grow in the F acres. Also, there are dead spots where trees won't grow. To be sure it'll grow, cut down an existing tree (in the F acres of course) and bury the coconut in that same spot.

@Fantageali0405: There's no cheat that I know of, I just found that using my index finger instead of my thumb worked better for me. That won't work for everyone, but it's worth a try. Also playing some button-mashing games where you have to jam on buttons really fast can give you practice with your finger/thumb speed.
