I am a fan of Olivia Newton John so my comment is not intended for a put down...I am also a fan of Debbie ( Deborah ) Gibson.....if you listen to Deborah's song Losin' Myself and this song...u will see a comparison....which I love both songs....I call this Olivia's version of Losin' Myself :-)
It's a great song, but i never hear it before... And i remember the cover of this album in one store in a some place in Caracas, Venezuela (South America)... Whatever, i no fear for say: some decents single records from the 90's decade is this song!.

I don't know why this did so poorly. It was the only single she was able to promote right before her cancer and it's one of her best imo.
