Not movie - it's show or whatever, many sketches on screen and different actors (not sure to define, being from another part of the world), something to do with Amnesty International. Colin is pretty active member of societies like that, as far as I know.
But, still, he's not on the scene in that very show and DVD, but only in this small vid like... publicity for AI, I presume, but it IS included in the DVD 2001.
DVDs "We Know Where You Live" might be several, I think.
