Debts are ILLEGALLY purchased by debt collection agencies (dca's) from banks/3rd parties. There is NO contract between you (person with alleged debt) and collection agency. You simply DON'T enter into contract with dca - that means say NOTHING on phone, and return any paperwork they send you by writing on unopened letter - No Contract Return To Sender
