  • Compare the prices. :)

  • Thank you so much!!!!

  • is 7d the best?for the beginner like me...thanks,,,,

  • @kulotzification for a beginner 7D is actually a bit too expensive. 40D or 50D will be way more than enough for a beiginner. i actually study photography and don't fell the need for anything else than 40D, although a 5DII might be in my hands in near future. but yeah you should get 40D or 50D and canon 24-70mm 2.8L USM lens these should take very nice pictures and should be way more than a beginner could want.

  • @simon1234simon but the ISO performance compare to even 550D the performance in 550 still much better compare to 40D

  • I actully like the 20d better than the 40d. Even though its already a 6 year old camera, it still takes amazing pictures! And its funny that I like the smaller screen lol.

  • Great Video!! Is the fastest DSLR the Nikon D3 @11fps?

  • 5d can only do 3FPS.

  • Canon EOS 1D Mark III is the fastest but it's 1.3 crop

Nikon D3 is fullframe forgot how many it was but its faster than 1Ds Mark III but 1Ds has more megapixels ;)

  • The 1Ds mkIII can only do 5fps, the 1D mkIII however can do 10.

The D3 in DX mode (1.5x crop) only outputs 5.1mp when it does 11fps, while the 1D mkIII can do 10fps at 10.1mp at a 1.3x crop.

In other words, in DX mode, the D3 and 1D are fairly equal in my opinion. The D3X is more comparable to the 1Ds in terms of speed and megapixels.

  • The s stands for studio version, The 1D Mark III Non S model has lower mega pixels but is the fastest frames per second there is google it .

  • Eeeh what is this got to do with it? :S I already know that

  • it is faster at 11fps but no dx mode not in full frame mode...

  • @snevelin 3.9 actually!

  • what CF card you used in your 40d?

  • SanDisk 2GB Ultra II

  • Okay cool, thanks.

  • Are they the two fastest canon cameras then?

  • No, the Canon EOS-1D Mark III and the film EOS-1V with a battery pack both do 10fps.

  • @mattwier i don't understand why they put 10fps on a film camera

  • @mattwier don't forget the Canon EOS 7d @ 8FPS and Canon EOS 1dMK iv at 10 FPS aswell

  • get some pants before you do the next video.

  • I've got shorts on buddy

  • I love how, even in this video, the canon 20D has a faster start up time, faster read and faster write time than the Canon 40D. Even at 5fps vs. the 40D's 8.5 fps, I still prefer the 20D. The 20D is Canon's largest "Opps, we did too good of a job." LOL!

  • 8.2 vs 10.1 with live view.

    Hummmm.

  • it all really depends on what you are planning to do. If you plan on making poster sized prints or anything larger than a page in a book then something above 6 mega pixels would be necessary. Also, in these cameras, the camera with higher pixel count can produce higher quality images at high isos.

  • Rebel is an amazing camera for someone getting into SLR photography.

Why do you shoot as fast as you can....Sports photography, Wedding photography. Any situation where you only have one chance to get the shot right with a moving subject.

I have the 40d and I find it makes it so much easier to shoot the throwing of the bouquet

  • its called sports photography. and yo can make sequences of say a birds flight its amazing

  • Rebel XTi is a great beginner DSLR, I think you should get it too ;)

There are a few situations where high FPS is important, when the subject is moving and such..it also sounds wicked rad

  • nice legs

  • y is the cameras all tall and distorted?

  • It was shot in widescreen but its being displayed in 4:3

  • You and your cameras!
