There are about 80k Argentines in MExico and mostly professionals but there is at least 30 millions Mexicans in the U.S. who are uneducated and poor doing menial jobs. Argentina was once one of the richest countries in the world, Mexico never had that distinction. If it wasn't for Nafta Mexico would be dirt poor, look at the millions who cross the border every year.
