Seems page play'ed this a little fast just to get it over with & giggleing at himself while doing so.I think it's cute as hell.Just remember...the only bad performance by zepplin would be no performance at all. A gift from god is what this music is.A truely miraculous band.The lyrics still blow me away.what an incredibly inteligent group of men.& we were lucky enough to witness them grow.Wish I could kiss them!

I listen to this song everyday, a few times each time. Maybe like 4-5 times a day. And I never get sick of it. Usually, I listen to different versions of it. But if not, I still don't get sick of it. But that's just me.

yeah they were a lil messed up, how ever look at their set , they just played 20 songs before this, robert sang his heart out the whole concert, and page absolutely crushed the entire show ! he was incredible ! , he just finished achilles last stand in the evening, and his solo before this song, he has every right to be tired !

and still alot of passion going into 6:15, hes really got a nice tone and nice sound right there. and look at him get into it at 6:39 and especially at 6:50 and to the end of the solo hes jumping, there was just no reverb on that guitar, and he was probably very drunk and on smack

this was the first time plant was sober, he sobered up after his son died, most 80 concerts he was sober as well.

the other knebworth solo is very good. its just the sound still sounds like shit and in 1980 the sound guys got even worse, this is not that bad. if you listen to this over and over, it actually dont seem that bad actually

I was there. I was 19 and didn't know it at the time but was 3 months pregnant with my first daughter so she is very happy now when I tell her she went to see Led Zeppelin with me! lol

It was a really great concert only spoiled by tons of empty beer cans being thrown by the crowd onto other people ..one woman was really hurt on the face and had to be taken away bleeding heavily by paramedics. Stairway to heaven rocked! such an atmosphere...never to be forgotten..

The knebworth shows were far from perfect, they are made to seem perfect on the DVD becuase the DVD happens to pick out the best performances from the better night of the two. They are mixed properly to sound good, and then effects are added.
