1. I have a friend that is mexican/white/nicoraguan and speaks only 3 words of spanish - she grew up in Cali so a kid can be here illegally and nvr learn spanish

2. I've been in law enforcement 6 yrs & dealing with I.C.E. is a hassle! it takes them 6 hrs finish doing their thing so having someone confess to being illegal shaves 4 hrs off of that - they most likely were jus glad to have an ez transaction

Obviously she wasn't too upset about the situation because she came back pregnant. Honestly, what more could authorities check? There aren't many ways of identifying children because parents don't do things to ensure that there is a of record of their children, like fingerprinting. I really hate how our society refuses to place blame on the individuals that are responsible for their own situations. I hope that they do charge her with falsifying her identity because that is what she did.

I'm colombian and I'm easily passed for black. YES we all have black AFRICAN decent some people's traits are a lot more African than European. I look black but my entire family is colombian...it's a common misconception that all latin american people resemble the european race or are either mestizos...don't forget about the blacks in colombia. she has to be extremely mature to be ok with, being sent to a country that she had never been to and didn't know the language. most teens runaway to a friend's house, but she choose to leave the entire country? that says a lot...
