My only comments are some of the first images are a bit dark.

For the video, why not make the transition better, you can start by matching photos with the same colors or focus on specific colors or things and then make the transition.

Overall I like it, just needs some tweeking

Many times what looks good after I've rendered the video at home, and then push it to youtube, something in the compression their doing is darkening images. I've seen this a LOT in the 49 or video's I've produced. And I shoot a LOT of low light images. I totally agree that many of these a a bit herky jerky partly due to a bad tripod and high wind, and partly to to my own impatience when finalizing the vids! LOL :-)
