  • I was going to try out a country boy...but man I love the sound on this instrument!!!!

    Thanks!!!!

  • What's the name of the song he starts at about 1:09?

  • @MattyGrove

It's an original composition by Jim, as far as I know. It can be heard in a bit more depth on the homepage of our website. The link is isted above in the description.

  • If you want to know the truth, I think you missed a major marketing opportunity here. How about the "Before" video? I'm just as interested in how the guitar sounded before the process ... there is no basis for comparison. Information about how the guitar is miked, and some kind of visible audio analysis of the changes in the tonal spectrum, both before and after, would have also been a nice touch. I'm assuming that you vibrated the guitar to hasten the "opening up" process. What say you?

  • Thanks for your input. First off, the "Before" audio files and their corresponding "after" files, plus all recording set-up information plus waveform analysis graphs are available on the website.

  • 2ndly, we are not trying to "prove" the process works with comparisons via web-based audio or video files. That would be extremely difficult to do when everything is compressed to MP3 or MP4 quality for bandwidth accommodation.

  • The audio files should be listened to with headphones and even then it is not like the real aspect of being in the presence of these instruments. We don't need to prove the process, we have before and after waveform analysis graphs for that.

  • What we are much more interested in capturing and illustrating by these videos is the real human reaction of regular, unpaid players just like you, when THEY experience the effects of the process. Every single instrument that we've processed has improved quantifiably and quantitaively without question. Take a look at the website and feel free to contact us by email with more questions.

These videos aren't intended to "prove" the product works. Over 100 satisfied customers and analysis reports have done that already. They're to show real players and real owners reacting to the difference in their processed guitars.

Several of the videos here show befores and afters of the same instruments. Check the one called Maui Collings for one example. Or visit the website for more info and files.
