    SPEAK FREEEEE!

  • shit

  • SPEAK FREE!!

  • thanks for the vid...it actually helped me play the song on time

  • This the slap riff for speak free hell ya man

  • this sounds pretty much the same as 'pow' by larry graham. shows they had some good musical influences

  • pretty nice there man

  • must... slow... down... and practice... constantly....

  • lol i want to learn it so bad

  • its actually not that hard until you try to play along with the song then its hard to keep the timing

  • u play it well but ur tone sucks lol. ur still really good

  • Cool. I struggle to keep timing for this song. I keep missing notes. And really... It's not that hard. Nicely played.

  • THHHHAAANNNKK YOOOOOUUUU!!!! :)

  • This is a correct slap version of music, and sound like my version! thanks for the video and rock on!

  • fuckin sweet dude :)

this is speak free isnt it?

Fungus Amongus is my fave fuckin album. Ever.

keep bitch slappin that mutha fucker ! peace

  • nice job on speak free. its a bad ass song

  • The after the second time, the first octave pop in the groove sounds a little late to me.

Maybe it's the sound quality..or maybe it's just really sticking out, cuz the rest doesen't seem to have a problem.

It's just taste, but I like the highs boosted a little more for slap style.

    Overall, excellent.

Marcus miller: run for cover is a cool slap line, too.

  • what kind of strings do you use? :D

  • I think you can use medium gauge strings...

  • This is very solid man.

  • some foke certainly know theyr shit... nice one

  • Dudee that was very nice!

  • suena muy bien.. intenta grabar el tema completo .. te felicito

  • very nice, i got a tab but i don't know which notes to slap and which notes to pop! can you help me out?

  • you usually slap the e and a string and pop the d and g string, it should be obvious though.

  • people can slap how they like. i slap all the strings.

  • i sed usually. are you the majority of people? no.

  • sheesh, sorry, i wasnt trying to sound rude. im just saying it doesnt matter. who cares what's 'usually' done? there shouldnt really be strict rules to playing music, in my opinion. no hard feelings.

  • he asked..

  • I love that part of Speak Free! Awesome.

  • Wow. I love it.

  • nice one :) but I think that it's a bit different, you use E-x-x-D-E-x-G-A-x-A-D(hammer-on)-x-A-E(hammer-on)-x in the beginning (correct me if I'm wrong ;D) I think it sounds better if you play E-x-x-D-E-x-G-A-x-C#-D(slide)-D(Slap)-D(pluck)-D(slap)-E(Slide)-E(Slap)-E(pluck)

  • This is one of my favorite bass riffs ever

  • love playing this song, it's not overly hard, the trickiest bit is keeping the same pace throughout most of the song.

    good playing :D

  • haha, when i play that people are like whats that, its cool to c others play it:)

  • ah cool i can play that one i love that song =)

    you know the intro?

  • yes I do, it's very easy. But I just leanrt the intro the slap riff, not the entire song. I 'll make a video of the intro and i'll advise you.

  • no seriously, your good

  • Woah, well done man, thats a really tricky bass riff.

  • ironic i suppose ?
