I used one of those bean bag style dash mounts for a Garmin...then inserted strong magnets from Radio Shack into the bag on the bottom by removing stitching and re-glueing the material...they are plenty enough to keep it in place...but as a precaution...I also secured the whole thing with a tiny bungee cord to the tree behind it. Don't want to lose an $800 dollar GPS...

I remove it daily...strong magnets inside bean bag of friction mount and tiny bungee cord secured to top of forks/tree...

UPDATE.....sadly the ninja 250r is gone...traded it in for a new Suzuki GSX650F...

Thanks...the sides of the fairings and fenders and cowlings have the rest of the decal set...will likely post a walk-around soon...
