HOW DID YOU UNLOCK YOUR DOORS WITHOUT THE HONK GOING OFF TWICE. MINE ALWAYS HONKS WHEN I PRESS THE UNLOCK OR LOCK BUTTON ON MY REMOTE KEY.

It's ashame a car that costs that much doesn't wind the window up by remote also. My Fiat does the window either down or up when you unlock or lock the car repectivly with the remote or the key in the door. Is it really worth putting the window up and locking the car if it's already in a secure garage?

only Germans would put a feature like that on a car, they live with their own products.

it's like how the Brits build their houses without an outdoor drainage system under their roof, and let the bricks just suck in all that rain water (and act surprised about their rotting/molding brick walls)

Conidering that i get in and out of my car 2 times a day, 5 times a week, that means my window motor goes up and down about 1000 times a year LOL... How longs my window motor going to last? and 530 times a year putting the key in and out of the door. Heres my advice... Park it outside the garage like me or make a wallace and gromit garage so you slide down a shute right into the seat! Good tip and good video as usual thanks Techmoan

In exactly the same situation; modern 'small cars' are a great deal larger than the previous generation of small cars.

However now I think about it, my windows are full frame :-(

Wow that's amazing, unfortunately I can't try this one out as it's above my normal ebay price limit. I think your padding on the wall is just another important part of this video that you overlooked to tell us about. I've also heard that having "relations" in a mini is meant to be better than any other vehicle, this I also confirm can't but could be a myth. Keep up the good work, great videos.

@mugubasher mmm, that's why it has mirrors that double as a foot rest! One leg out of each front window for the lady - or man if you prefer! Isn't a mini a bit small for that sort of thing?

Good video, he has the same type of garage as me - too small. What do modern house designers think is a decent size for a garage? Obviously a graduate who measured a car but forgot that the doors need to open.

He gets in the way I do, I also have foam pads glued on the wall to prevent damage.

@mugubasher Thanks - the padding is just a couple of pieces of pipe cladding held on the wall with clips - you are right that it is important. I couldn't comment on the 'relations' aspect (although I have given some of them lifts) I know this video is a bit of a weird departure - but I felt that I should show this.
